All contracts are quarterly accounts and based on a minimum of 5 users:

5 users

$15 per month  per user (5 user minimum)

6 – 10 users

$15 per month the first 5 users and $8 additional per user to 10 users.

Additional users

$15 per month the first 5 users and $8 additional for the next 5 users and $4 per user thereafter

Contract

There are no long term contracts. Full Spectrum  is strictly pay as you go on a monthly basis, you can cancel anytime.

Set Up & Training

We understand what you need and will guide every step of the way thru set up and training. The software set up of Full Spectrum CRM takes the Full Spectrum product and adapts it to the way your business actually works. This includes logo, forms set up, suppressing some features from being seen by certain users, or perhaps all users; re-arranging screen layouts, adding and deleting fields from screens, changing field names, and editing the set of options presented on drop-down boxes. The items that can be customized during the set up can be viewed here. The set up charge is $250 per CRM with a limit of 4 hours, which should be amble for a normal CRM set up. Additional set up time can be purchased at the rate of $85 per hour.

The training is available at $125 per user training is done via telephone and takes about 1 ½ hour per employee at additional charge of $125 per user and we recommend that we train one office staff member who then becomes your in house Full Spectrum CRM expert. That trained member of your staff will be able to assist other staff members as needed. And of course we are always available if you have questions

Ongoing System Support

Full Spectrum CRM offers 6 ways that you can get the support that you need. Purchasing Full Spectrum CRM automatically includes the Standard Support level for technical issue resolution by email, online chat, support forums, manuals and FAQ sections of the site.

We also offer telephone support from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Monday – Friday at an additional charge. Telephone support may be purchased on an as needed basis at an additional $85 per incident. We also have pre-paid options: A package of 5 incidents for $80 per incident; A package of 10 incidents for $75 per incident; A package of 15 incidents for $70 per incident and; A package of 20 incidents for $65 per incident. Incident packages do not have a fixed expiration date.

Average response time 2 hours.  All inbound emails are queued, measured in severity, assigned a case, and tracked through completion. The email response offers an effective channel to communicate directly with the Full Spectrum CRM experts.

Online Chat Available 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST Monday – Friday

Full Spectrum CRM experts answer all queued messages.  The online chat support is to direct the user to the location where then can find the answers to their questions.  This service is not intended for long discussions. If you need to upload a file the email support is recommended.

 
Telephone Support Available 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Monday – Friday
